Last night I made the Tagliatelle with Proscuitto and Orange recipe from this month's Bon Appetit. It was delicious! I was worried about the way the orange would taste with pasta, but the combination was delicious and wasn't sweet at all.
The only thing I would change is to eliminate the pancetta and replace it with some olive oil. The pancetta didn't add much flavor (I made the same recipe this morning without it and it didn't taste any different) and could be eliminated. Just make sure you add a lot of pepper. The spicyness brings the dish together.
The best past is that there was such a short ingredient list, it would be extremely easy to remake it with things lying around your house. I love meals that I can make to use up things like extra cream or milk in the fridge. .
